Hi - I'm Jen Lee, Owner of the online quilt shop Red Thread Studio and a fellow quilter.

What happens after I join?
After you join Red Thread Connect, you'll receive a welcome email with your unique login details and next steps. Once you login, Members will have immediate access to the entire Membership Site.
I don't have any UFO's. Can I still join?
Absolutely! Red Thread Connect is a supportive community for all quilters, not just those who have unfinished projects. All you need is to want to have fun, to be inspired and to make new Quilty friends that will support and encourage you each and every day!
Do I have to have Facebook?
All of the Red Thread Connect content (including video replays) lives on the Red Thread Connect membership site, and you don't have to be on Facebook or any other platform to access it. We do have a private Red Thread Connect Facebook Group that is incredibly inspiring, but even if you aren't on Facebook, you can still connect with members at our weekly Sit & Sews which are held on Zoom.
What if I have questions or want feedback on a quilt project?
We've got you covered! If you need anything, we are just an email or phone call away. The private Red Thread Connect Facebook Group is also a great place to ask questions or request feedback/ideas/suggestions. This is an extremely talented and knowledgeable group that loves to help each other.
What if I don't live in the United States?
No worries! Because this is a virtual community, it doesn't matter where you live. International members are always welcome, and in fact, bring a wonderful, fresh perspective to the group. To give you an idea weekly virtual Sit & Sews are at 11am ET and 8pm ET on Mondays and Get It Done sessions are on Thursdays at 12pm ET. If you can't make it to any of the other Live sessions, the video replays will always available on the membership site.
When will my membership renew?
Your account will be charged on the same day that you signed up each month (or year) for as long as you continue your membership.
What if I want to cancel?
Your membership may be cancelled at anytime, no questions asked.
This is a subscription service that will be billed monthly or yearly (depending on what you choose at checkout). If you wish to cancel, you must do so before your next billing date which will be the same day each month. Please make note of the day of the month (or year) that your membership renews. Refunds are not granted once the payment has gone through.
Member pricing gets locked in at the time you become a member. If you cancel and return in the future, you'll be subject to whatever price the membership is at the time.
If I join Red Thread Connect on the monthly plan in order to TRY IT OUT, can I switch to the annual plan later if I decided to stay?
Absolutely! We will cancel your monthly plan first and then start your annual subscription which will be 12 months from the date we switch the plans.
May I purchase a membership as a gift?
Yes Absolutely! Red Thread Connect memberships are available to purchase as gifts. Just email us for details at info@redthreadstudio.com.
